When I was a teenager, I had the amazing opportunity to visit Paris. While I was there, I got really into espresso. I’d had espresso-based drinks before but had never experienced it like I did at the Paris cafés - the espresso was served in a demi-tasse with a small pitcher of steamed milk and a tube of sugar. I think my favourite thing about the coffee bar is being able to replicate that now.
Nikki of Cabaret Chocolates was here making truffles and I had to take pictures of how beautiful they are. The truffles are available individually or in gift boxes. I know I would be delighted to receive a box of the cayenne truffles!
