Even though I strive to keep my pricing budget-friendly, I am all about quality everything. The choice between buying whipped cream or making my own was a no-brainer. It tastes so much better, no added ingredients like corn syrup, and is better for the environment.
Tomorrow I’ll be running a special on Espresso con Panna - espresso over whipped cream. I favour simple drinks that highlight the flavour of the coffee over syrupy concoctions. The whipped cream adds the perfect amount of sweetness to the espresso, and the foamy whipped cream is so good.
